Auli-Chopta–Itinerary
Evening departure from Delhi with the group.
Overnight travel to Sari village.
Route: Delhi – Rishikesh – Devprayag – Srinagar – Rudraprayag – Ukhimath – Sari.
Total distance approx. 440–450 km; travel time about 12–13 hours (including halts).
Morning arrival near Devprayag for confluence sightseeing.
Visit Dhari Devi Temple on the way to Sari.
Reach Sari village and start trek to the beautiful Deoriatal Lake.
Easy trek of about 2.5 km; takes around 1–2 hours.
Drive from Sari to Chopta early in the morning.
Begin the trek to Tungnath Temple (highest Shiva temple).
Trek distance approx. 3.5 km; takes 3–4 hours.
Optionally, trek further to Chandrashila Peak for Himalayan views.
Return to Chopta and stay overnight.
Start early from Chopta towards Joshimath/Auli.
Visit Omkareshwar or Narsingh Temple en route (depending on group plan).
